Ciklum is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and ensure the operational reliability of the KUREPO invoicing solution
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems for our applications
  • Drive technical decisions and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for system improvement
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  • Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable, distributed systems
  • Strong PL/SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Node.js and React
  • Experience with Oracle databases
  • Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes)
  • Proficient with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
  • Skilled in working with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for code quality and technical excellence
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English

Desirable: 

  • Experience with Java, including Spring and SpringBoot
  • Experience with Kafka
  • Proficiency in German
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Experience with GCP and services like BigQuery
